GALVANISED DUCTWORK
All types of conventional galvanised ductwork are manufactured using state of the art workshop technology to all of the current specifications.
We manufacture all shapes and sizes incorporating the new CGF (continuous girth flange) end flange system.
This new concept of duct manufacture ensures that the rigidity and strength of the system is greatly enhanced. This is due to the flange being formed from the base material on both shapes and straight duct, no add on flange is required, thus creating a greater strength flange (i.e. a 30mm CGF flange is equivalent to a J6 rating) ensuring that there are no leak paths between flange and duct.
All ductwork sections have fully sealed corners and internal lockforms and are suitable for Class A to Class C working pressures (up to 2000 Pa).
